Liqa Moin is an educator with over 20 years of experience, both as a public school teacher as well as most recently a vice principal.  She holds an MA degree in Instructional Technology and an Administrative Credential. Previously, she was a distance teacher with California Virtual High School, an experience which proved valuable as schools transitioned to online learning in March, 2020.  In her role as school administrator, and with the support of the Learning and Development Department, she helped pilot virtual colleague-to-colleague, C2C, online professional training to serve the changing needs of district teachers, paraprofessionals and classified staff.  Virtual C2C aimed to developed and showcase in-house knowledge and have our talented staff deliver high-quality professional learning opportunities to their colleagues using the Sched platform as the main organizational hub.
